We offer easy & hustle free return/exchange for our customers as customer satisfaction is our first priority.

For any reason, if you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 7 days(seven) from the delivery date in an UNUSED condition.

We check for the following conditions that should be met in order to accept the return. So before sending back the product, make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

The product you wish to return:

– can be sent back to us only after you have received a confirmation from us with our Return request number once you have filled the Return Request Form.
– must be sent back within 7 days from the delivery date.
– must be unused, clean, not damaged, and complete with all of its parts and accessories.
– must be sent in its original packaging.

If all the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will credit to your Lensexpress account for the same amount and you may choose to select any other products available for the same cost or more. If you don’t like to make any purchases with the credit refund, we still provide you complete refund.

Please follow these steps to return your product:

– Login to your account, click on ‘orders’ to view all your orders.
– View the order that you would like to exchange/return.
– Click ‘Request Refund’ button for the respective order, to redirect to the return request page.
– Fill in the Return Request Form with all the details and submit it.
– Our courier service will collect the products (only in the United Arab Emirates) within 1-2 working days.
– Once we receive the returned items, they are carefully inspected and a credit will be added to your account within 48hrs.
– Customer can use this credit amount to buy anything from our online store.

Return/exchange request for rest of the world ( except UAE )

– Once we receive your request, we’ll update you with AWB to drop the shipment.
– Print this AWB, to send back the shipment to our base location.
– After examining the returned products carefully, the credit will be added to the customer’s account within 1-3 days.
– Customer can use this credit to buy something else i our store.

Shipping charges, taxes, handling fees or any extra charges are non-refundable.

Contact lenses cannot be exchanged/return once opened.

Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

No cash refunds are given, credit will be added to yours Lensexpres account.
